New Kids on The Block are having their FIRST EVER fan convention Blockcon and will be in Chicago at the Rosemont Theatre on May 26th, 27th, & 28th. For a weekend full of Weekend of Fun!
FRIDAY DAYTIME
Arrival into Rosemont; BLOCKCON attendee registration; Photo Opps and Merchandise Shopping Available.
Registration Check-In will be located inside the lobby of the Rosemont Theatre. It will open at 1 pm on Friday and will remain open until the start of the show on Friday night. BLOCKCON merchandise store will also be open at this location at this time. Once you have checked in, you are free to come and go throughout the day. You will not need to present your ticket for the concert until later in the evening.

FRIDAY NIGHT
The Time Has Arrived! The Blockheads have descended upon Chicago! We’ll be kicking off BLOCKCON with an intimate, exclusive NKOTB Concert at the Rosemont Theatre.
Doors for Friday’s concert open at 7 pm.
The show will begin at 8 pm.
SATURDAY DAYTIME
Join the New Kids on The Block and special guests for a day full of panels, events, laughs and surprises as we spend the day together in style in the Rosemont Theater.
Schedule for Saturday Panels:
Doors open at 9:30 am
Panels 1 & 2 will begin at 10:30 am*
Lunch Break
Panels 3 & 4 will begin at 2 pm
*Once we get going with Panel 1, the rest of the day breaks and panel times are approximate.
SATURDAY NIGHT
We want you to come dressed to impress for the I’ll Be Lovin’ You Forever: NKOTB Prom. It’s going to be party time New Kids style as we dance the night away together. Who will be crowned King and Queen of the Blockhead Prom? There surely will be balloon arches, slow dances, cummerbunds, corsages, and boutonnieres. We can’t wait to party with you all at our first ever Blockhead Prom Dance.
Saturday night’s I’ll Be Lovin’ You Forever” NKOTB Prom will take place at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center (across the street from the Rosemont Theatre)
Doors for the prom will open at 8pm.
SUNDAY
Every good thing must come to an end. Join us on Sunday morning for a BLOCKCON Farewell get together where we’ll reminisce on the good times we just had, drink lots of coffee, and take a BLOCKCON family photo before we depart.
This event will take place between 11 am – 1 pm at Impact Field (home of the Chicago Dogs baseball team)
*NOTE – Alternate location is held for this event in the case of inclement weather
*All official BLOCKCON events will conclude after this event.
