The two-thousand-year-old Chinese practice of tai chi is often described as "meditation in motion" Harvard Women's Health Watch suggests a more apt description is "medication in motion'" Tai chi promotes serenity and reduces stress with gentle movements which connect the mind and body. Tai Chi Master Allison Deputy will guide these classes, which are open to all experience levels.
