The nonprofit Citizens Utility Board (CUB), Illinois leading consumer watchdog group, will give Crystal Lake residents free money-saving light bulbs and tips to cut their energy bills at the Green Living Expo 2012. CUB will staff a table at the event and will give a short presentation at noon about how families can cut utility costs.
